Found Farm exists to change the way foster care ends by surrounding vulnerable children, teens, and families with the support and relationships they need to thrive. Through our future family-centered residential home for teens at risk of aging out, one-on-one mentorship, foster family support through Found Family, supervised family visitation, practical resources, life-skills training, discipleship, and community partnerships, we are working to create lasting stability and connection.
Our goal is bigger than meeting an immediate need. We want to strengthen families, give young people consistent adults they can depend on, support foster families in the trenches, and ensure that no young person has to navigate their future alone.
We believe it takes more than a program—it takes a family, a community, and the Church showing up.
